Love the Theraband for the active stretch as a kicks. Try it! It’s an amazing feeling of very light leg. It seems like it’s the band is kicking your leg. It works as leverage. Remain the tailbone on the floor at all times. Keep your legs in parallel position. And, yes, do not compare yourself with me. You have your own ability and your leg can be higher then mine.
